The best way to search for homes, and get information about what has sold, and what is pending is through a service I subscrib to called listingbook.   In order to use this service I need to set up an account for you.   Please email me below, and give me a "starting search parameter" (area, price range).   With this information I can set up your account, and once you have the link you can customize it any way you want.   The account will be good for 3 months.   Send me an email at the link below, and put "home search" in the subject line.   In the body indicate your name, and the search parameters you would like.   If you find anything of interest in your searches, just give me a call!  marcy@benneco.com
